As for the NHS, you are ignorant of how it was left by the Tories in 1997. In 1984 there were 75k nurses in training. Once Tory policy had taken hold, 10 yrs later there less than half that. Hence the need for overseas recruitment of nurses. Reforms brought in by the Tories where nurses were trained in universities rather than hospitals (what an odd idea), arguably led to the compassion deficit nursing we see today ( http://www.independent.co.uk/voices...it-began-how-did-we-come-to-this-7631273.html ). They pinched nurses from all over the world and including countrys that really need them but Labour couldn't give a fook about these poor countries as they embraced multiculturalism and couldn't get enough of this diversity and let these poor countries people die as they didn't have enough nurses and doctors.
