GP wants the club to do well - worked harder and did more for this club than you ever will. You, on the other hand, dont want Brighton to do well. Why? Simple - you would be wrong. Would your ego be able to handle that or would you just grab the bottle? I know the answer.

I would be careful writing things like this. There is a lot of people on here who have done more for the club than Potter ever can do, even if he wins the Premier League it wouldn't come close. I don't know if he is one of them, but just be careful who you say that too.

I propose only allowing posts from Swansman and vagabond on this thread. Everybody else on NSC is just an idiot

You forgot old Desperate, towards whom the thread is directed.

Personally, I think that this is the only time he will manage in the Premier League. I think he should try and enjoy it, win a few matches from time to time and bank the cash money he's being paid. He doesn't seem to have much interest in the team doing better but his brief is straight forward - 17th or higher. He's achieving it at the moment and thanks to a last day win last season, he achieved a highest points total so he's dining out on that a little bit with the sympathisers. I want the team to be successful so all the time he's the manager I want him to be a success. Right now we're rubbish and can't beat a League 2 team with our full team but this is a dip in form, I'm sure we'll get a surprise result at Leeds and then go on a nice run to renew our 1 win every 4 games average, which seems to be all our fans want/expect.

Completely agree!

For me ‘his’ version of my football team is like 1980s Rush, the dry ice is still there but, (yes) but the shoulder pads, the analytical scientific lyrical bendings - the unflared clothing, the short hair ... the reek of commerciality... big in the US - heck, so were REO Speedwagon and they just plain sucked.

Yet it’s pleasing on the eyes, it’s mature, it’s hip, it’s in vogue - this and more besides: the critics adore it!! Not a ****ing gatefold in sight... yes that’s it, I’m a dinosaur! YES, eureka!! A backs to the wall, vinyl alphabetising, underdog petting, visionless fool.

Living in the past... I can’t wear these tight jeans, they just don’t fit me.. I don’t want progress (indeed, I fear it) I’m an old school shirt sleeve rolling battler - lost in this shiny new world, no wonder I can’t see, yes I’m blind to the genius before me - a relic fan out of time, and meaning.

Thank the Lord, thank him indeed that I am able to follow those who do ‘get it’ and maybe one day, before they lower my coffin, I’ll hear Spirit of Radio and finally... tap my feet, with a fey look of the frontal lobotomy about my listless features... I can’t recall 2112, nor indeed the Necromancer ... alas.

To die happy, oh to die with my eyes open...

Eternal bliss.

Finally, a serious answer to the OP's question!

Unbelievably naive post even for you. You have no idea what some on here have done for the club in the past. Out of all your tedious posts this may well be one of the most embarrassing!
