Marinade chicken with a lid or cover on for a couple of hours in the fridge.
Starry said:Soy sauce and mustard is a good one especially if it's going on the BBQ.
Quantities are guestimates since I wing it -
3 table spoons of Dijon
3 table spoons of soy sauce
some dry white wine - 250ml ish.
a little lemon juice.
a little chilli sauce/oil.
whisk all together.
that is usually enough for about 6 breasts.
