Soy sauce and mustard is a good one especially if it's going on the BBQ.

Quantities are guestimates since I wing it -

3 table spoons of Dijon
3 table spoons of soy sauce
some dry white wine - 250ml ish.
a little lemon juice.
a little chilli sauce/oil.

whisk all together.

that is usually enough for about 6 breasts.

I never quite got the hang of it as when the person would bowl or throw or whatever the ball, I would move in front of the wicket/box thing and attempt to "hook" the ball as you do in cricket....not the done thing, especially when you get one on the nose!

Lost
Freshly squeezed lime + zest
Honey
Olive Oil
Coriander (dried will do if you can't be arsed to chop fresh)
Freshly ground black pepper.

Can't go wrong. Add chopped fresh red chilli for an extra kick.
