And should considering yourself to be English conform to a set of pre-determined values applicable to only a certain type of person, or can anyone who claims to be English actually seriously hold that mantle? But what you were talking about earlier was giving English people too many benefits, so that they're not motivated to work like immigrants. That's not immigration policy - (the home office), that's for the Department of Work and Pension isn't it?
