not going to happen, EPL rules state 20 teams, dilution of revenue, additional fixtures in squeeze in. most likely, practical outcome is to suspend leagues and leave them as they are.
No one is mathematically relegated or promoted yet.Current PL standings final?
There would be legal challenges and rightly so. Aston Villa would have the strongest case as they have a game in hand.
Am I missing something? If the Arsenal players have been in self isolation and this supposedly ends on Friday, why wasn’t their game against West Ham called off previously? And the game before that?

So why are West Ham players not having to self isolate?
They didn’t know they’d had contact with someone with Coronavirus until now. The contact was almost two weeks ago, so if they haven’t shown any symptoms by Friday then they’re fine. I think.

I suppose we'd have to let Liverpool have their champions trophy. It'll be impossible to please everyone, someone's going to lose out and not be happy, let's hope people can just be philosophical about it and take any disappointment on the chin.

No, more likely just make the season null and void, prize money allocations made on an equal basis or carried over to next year..... no promotion, relegation, or titles...... ha, that will scupper Dirty Leeds. In Italy they are saying Serie A will probably not be completed, even in empty stadiums, and are discussing whether the current positions should stand or have just a few play off games to decide promotion/ relegation. If current positions are to stand, teams will have to have completed the same number of games. At the moment, Villa have a game in hand so could still save themselves, but I don't imagine any such decision would be made for a few weeks.
So my guess, pulled out of my ass

I’m not sure why anyone thinks this will all have blown over by next season.
