Under your skin.
Murray was VERY good but Painter should have been M.O.M! Strong at the back, good link up play, hit the bar & scored. Brilliant performance and was delighted when he scored.

Blimey !, you'd think any of the resident Murray detractors on here with any common sense would keep quiet on days such as these ?

Should be obvious to anyone at the game today that the only player with any chance of taking the MOM award from Murray was Painter.

I thought Bennett was in with a shout, he worked his socks off covering both wings for most of the match, was a constant threat, put in several good crosses, was our best chance of a goal in the first half and set up painter's goal.

one of murrays best performances in the stripes, there was no theatrical falling over or dragging his heels around the pitch, think he won virtually every header he went up for and some decent defending at walsall corners. looks fitter and stronger than ever for us, lets not forget he could not buy a performance like todays for most of last season and some of the interplay between murray and barnes was sublime today

By Bennett's standards, he was very mediocre today I felt.

What was pleasing was both strikers staying onside

Class act today - the first half chance he was stretching on the volley and put it over - not a sitter at all.

The second half effort was brilliant defending.

Murray ran the show second half - most people can see that. Oh, and he created the first goal with a sublime cross too.

I know it was a wind up but murray was DEFFO MOM in my opinion. Set up the goal, hit the post, and worked his socks off.

Seeing Murray live for the first the against Rochdale, i believe he is one of the most gifted players in the side, he seams at times to play the game with little effort and ease.

I think him and Barnes are very simular in the way they like to play, and would love to see a direct, pacey forward playing off him. Just to maybe give opposing defenders a little more to think about.

That is from what i saw after one game.

Yes sitters. The first one, Bennett free kick searching for far bottem corner Murray get his foot on it 2 yards out and sends it over, Ashley barnes was right behind him certain to put in in the net.

2nd, Through on goal, all he needs to do is slot it under the keeper, decides to try and take it round him. Why!?

If you don't think that Murray was a class act today, then just do everyone a favour and f*** off. You complete retard.

Hopefully your joking, but if not, dont support us, you are completey clueless

That sounds a bit harsh on reading it, but I stand by it!
