Saw the wagon bouncing off into the distance yesterday as I fell badly. Back on it today (and so so happy with that result).

That's what I'm going for. But what has really pleased me is the change in eating habits. And bar the odd slip, it's felt easy. Sustainable habits and change I'm hoping.2lbs in a week would be close enough!

After ducking under my target weight on Saturday morning, I’m not surprised that I’m back over it again this morning.
Final push this week, but I think success very much depends upon the timing of that final weigh-in
