From recollection, the first half was the bit most focused on weight loss, so you could skip the rest and not miss too much.An interesting podcast so far. I'm only halfway through ( it's 48 minutes long), and I no longer run a business.
However, he has already mentioned several things that resonate with the way I see trying to achieve weight-loss. Having been on a weight-loss programme 10-11 years ago ( kindly paid for by the NHS as my BMI was 30..! ), the various ways of achieving the desired goals are so many. It's often a case of finding one that suits. I shall listen to rest tomorrow.
And I'm still looking for more sensible suggestions and variety of healthy dishes from anyone.
