Encouraged street drinking, outdoor parties, speakers on the street blarring out load music, drunk people stumbling along the curb about 6pm, people chucking their litter all over the place, BBQs on the Lawn bowling greens, gangs of people surrounding innocent members of public almosting forcing people to join in, in your face mimicking sexual acts, playing music from their phones, banging on shop windows and blowing whistles etc etc.
The police just sitting there watching it all unfold.
Why is this acceptable, "just because they are gay"
If this was any other type of "stereotyped" group, the police would be straight in there bulldozing their way in to break it up, creating more trouble than was originally there.
If this was a bunch of kids in hoodies, people would be calling them a disgrace, banning them from shopping malls, bus stops etc. Calling for them to do community service, probably accusing them of knife crime and want them locked up.
I dont have anything against Pride, but sometimes it takes the piss, with what people can get away with. They dont seem to have any consideration for other people.
What is going to happen when the over 60s lawns bowling game starts this morning in preston park? nothing why, because people have been dancing on their green, having BBQs, and leaving their rubbish all over the place

It's entirely possible for more than one sexual preference to be "normal".
If you take having dark hair as "biologically normal", you don't say that all blond-haired people are "abnormal", do you? If you take having green eyes as being "biologically normal", what does that make people with blue eyes?
Sexuality, whether homosexuality, bisexuality, heterosexuality or any other kind of sexuality, is a character trait just like the above-mentioned two things. Some people are gay just like some people have blue eyes.

The streets of Preston Park are quiet this morning. A few beer cans lying about, but surprisingly few. No doubt the park looks like a bomb's hit it but it'll all be gone by Monday. The local shops, pubs and offies made a mint. Nobody died. A lot of people had a real good time. Probably now safe for Hove Born Inbred to come out. As it were.
