Never mind booing him for 90 mins, gave this the full beans in the concourse afterwards in addition. How did he not get hooked? Awful display.
Trossard's a cu nt Ole Ole
Anyone saying he doesn’t deserve it wasn’t at Charlton.

He created some historic moments in our club’s Premier League journey, he’s long gone and we have upgrades.I thought he was pretty decent today. I know he left under a cloud and I don’t like him much but I think booing him for the entire match was a bit unnecessary. A bit tin pot, some might say.
Or pulled him onto that train to Lewes.90th minute? Someone should have gone into the dressing room and dragged him out so we could boooo him for even longer.
Football is 70% pantomime. Of course, he got booed.I thought he was pretty decent today. I know he left under a cloud and I don’t like him much but I think booing him for the entire match was a bit unnecessary. A bit tin pot, some might say.

Was he?Tbf to Trossard he was pushed out. Can't have a manager who refuse to talk to you face to face but trashtalk you every press conference.
Good player, by all accounts decent guy... luckily Joel Veltman doesn't give a shit and controlled him through the game.
Eh?Booing him the first few times was funny. From then on it was a bit stupid, it becomes counter productive when you are riling him up…thankfully he didn’t perform…
Clearly it didn’t though.Booing him the first few times was funny. From then on it was a bit stupid, it becomes counter productive when you are riling him up…thankfully he didn’t perform…
In the alexis / gary lineker podcast he covers off why its important to leave well. He specifically mentions players going to chelsea as examples of bad leavers. Trossard in my mind was worse than 2 of the 3 chelsea leavers. Anyone who saw his 'performance ' at charlton post the world cup could have seen what was going to happenOf course, Mac was a 'good leaver' as HR people say but what’s that got to do with my point? I think it’s fine to boo Trossard at the start and for a few touches but when people (a small minority, admittedly) are still booing him in the 90th minute it’s all a bit embarrassing. I don’t like the bloke, as I said, but it's classless to keep whining about it forever.
Much as I hate Chelsea, I was impressed by them applauding Gilmour and singing "One Billy Gilmour" when WBG went to take a corner at the away end last season. A bit of a contrast with the pantomime booing of Caicedo and Cucurella for 90 minutes. Sometimes it just comes across as a bit small-minded and obsessive. They’re gone. Fook 'em.
He was also utterly abject against Arsenal, he got hooked for Ferguson IIRC.In the alexis / gary lineker podcast he covers off why its important to leave well. Adam lallana and a few of our current players will give a very different view of what happened in that dynamic. Safe to say it doesn't match your version of eventsTbf to Trossard he was pushed out. Can't have a manager who refuse to talk to you face to face but trashtalk you every press conference.

Eh?
He didn’t perform. Therefore the booing worked. Same with Cucurella & Potter in the 4-1.
Was that the one when he kept walking around looking bored or was that the one after? I can see why the manager would want him out. So unprofessionalHe was also utterly abject against Arsenal, he got hooked for Ferguson IIRC.
Can also make them absolutely crumble and help hand a win, it really depends on the player. Cucurella left the pitch in tears when March absolutely destroyed him on his Amex return.Correct, I was saying he didn’t get riled up but that booing a player can do that…
Yep, Arsenal were giving us a going over as we were essentially playing with 10 men and had nothing up top. Game completely changed once he’d gone off.Was that the one when he kept walking around looking bored or was that the one after? I can see why the manager would want him out. So unprofessional
That’s because what he wrote was agenda led fiction.Adam lallana and a few of our current players will give a very different view of what happened in that dynamic. Safe to say it doesn't match your version of events
