Now try with, say, 17, which is a figure Muzza and LuaLua are on-target to miss...
Or how about, we ignore arbitrary figures that mean f*** all, and look instead at the fact that we have the BEST goal difference in the league [I'm dissalowing B'muffs equaliser!].
You do actually realise that 2-0 is better than 5-4?
Does seem an odd discussion when we've had barely a quarter of the season.

I actually make it 12 out of 20. Meaning a whopping 40% of the promoted teams in the last decade have managed to do so without fabled 20+ goals a season striker.
It's also interesting to note that the top two or three goal scorers of those seasons scored a total of 30-40 goals between them(apart from bristol city whose top two strikers only managed a paltry 21 between them). So, in light of us not having a 'recognised' 20-25 goals a season striker we need to ask whether our top two or three scorers will get 30-40 goals between them. I'm confident they will. Coupled with one of the most miserly defences in the league things are looking good for a sustained promotion push.

In any case, I still wouldn't rule out either Murray or Barnes getting in the region of 17-25 this season.
And I bet our backup strikers of Sandaza and Holroyd are actually better than all but about 3 teams in this league - I'm guessing only Sheff Wed, Southampton and Huddersfield have better strikers on the bench than we have.
