I couldn't have Blackburn as pre-season favs with those idiots in charge, there were always gonna f*** things up.
They probably think you have to be top of the table all season to get promoted

At least they now know that there are relegations and promotions in English football.

I think the Blackburn fans have been focussing their anger on the wrong person to be honest. With him out the way they really need to look higher up the chain if they want to fix their club.

This

It's not all his fault I think the fans need to have a word with the owners

Odlly enough I looked on their forum this morning and guess who they are tauting as a good replacement.......................yep Mr Poyet of course, let the binfest begin

Why they think Poyet would want to manage such a backwards club like Blackburn is beyond me. To be honest, I think they'll find it hard to find a manager who will want to go there given the treatment Kean has received.

Plenty of managers get worse stick than Kean.
When they finally go, there's always a list as long as your arm of people wanting the job.

There's only 44 top jobs in English football, and at least 10 of those are beyond the reach of most available managers.

I think Alan Shearer would be a good replacement. A real Blackburn Legend. He would bring the fans back.

Don't feel too sorry for him, he was instrumental in getting Allerdyce sacked, and only got the manager job because he was chummy with the owners. Kean and the owners are as bad as each and the fans have had every right to protest about him being in charge since he took over. There's no sympathy needed for him, he was effectively promoted to a job and high salary because he was mates with the owners, not because he was actually the right man for the position. He was happy to go along with it, despite the obvious protest from the fans.

I haven't seen a manager over the last two seasons in England who had been treated as badly as Kean has, by the fans and by the owners. Of course, they'll find someone but it certainly wouldn't be Gus. Can you imagine if the Venkys tried to get involved in Gus's job, there would be war.

They'll probably put Shebby Singh in charge.

Quite like the idea of Shearer though. His ego probably wouldn't be able to resist, and it would have the double bonus of (a) him being a pretty poor manager and (b) getting his inane rambling of MOTD.

No manager is sacked because everything is tickerty boo.
The only difference is last season Blackburn played it out in the Premier League, which as we all know, is more important than life itself.

It would almost be worth 'loaning' Gus out, just to see the explosion.
As it stands, from the outside at least, Gus has a lot to be grateful for.
