Hart hardly ever played up front with Zamora, he tended to be on the right wing.

Not true.

when we won div 3 we had brooker and jones on the wings carpenter and oawtway in the middle and hart with zamora.

Div 2 things changed abit but he was still up front a fair bit after we sacked of lehmann and steele was in and out with hart

No we did not.

We generally played 4-5-1 which became 4-3-3 when were attacking. Zamora was the lone striker up front, with Hart on the right and either Brooker or Jones on the left.

The following season we generally played 4-4-2, with Steele or now and then Webb up front with Zamora.

i stated he was in and out in div 2 already. but he did sometimes play up front.

So if its a 4-3-3- when we were attacking he did play up front then. 4-3-3 works brilliantly if you have someone class up front. i.e forster and two pacey players on the left and right much like jones and hart......i.e cox and jake .

It also allows our midifeld as it stand to play in a 3 and westlake wouldnt look so lost on the left of this diamond.

It comes back to the fact, that Robinson in over 100 games has not done enough to warrant being a starter.

Also why would people want to drop a player who already has 7 goals this season? Other than a few people think he is a bit lethargic and would rather have effort over quality.

When Zamora played you didn't need anyone else up front, he was that good!

Ah, Webb. now there's a name from the past. One of Peter taylors excellent signings. At what level is he playing at now? I'd be surprised if it's at a higher level than that which taylor is managing at.

played over 100 games yes, mostly as sub, starts here the odd one their would show that he warrants a run in a half decent team at last rather than playing in pretty average to bad teams.

Most of his games were played under a long ball mcghee team and last season he was our top league scorer in a poor side. with thte quality we have now he would undoubtedly score more.

Hammond was our top scorer last season.

He was a fringe player under McGhee, last season was his big chance as a regular and he went nearly 12 months without a league goal from his goals against Huddersfield in 2006 to his next one in the league against Walsall in October 07.

Last season he was at Woking, can't find him at a club this season. He really was utter shite.

The funniest thing about Webb is that Peter Taylor actually signed him TWICE. For us and then for Hull. A damning indictment of his eye for a player.

jake has stared 76 games for us since he broke into the squad 5-6 years ago. i dont think that represents a fair crack of the whip to be honest. an average of 15 starts a season and not all in position he would prefer.

He still has over 100 first team appearances and has not done enough to justify being a starter.

At some point the question will have to be asked, when do the club cut their loses on him?
