Where are those Albion fans who sold out against Leeds which meant i had to buy a ticket off a tout? where are the ones who are gonna start turning up at Falmer chanting "with love you Brighton we do", where are the ones who probably now at most check the score at 10pm sat incase their questioned on their loyalty?
Well i think they are a f***ing disgrace to a club so dependant on fans turning up and supporting them! I hope when Falmer is built the Albion will keep a record of the real fans who sat there in the freezing rain watching the likes of Scott Ramsay and Warren Aspinall as well as paying 25quid to get in! so we get a guarentee for tickets at Falmer rather than those rich sky sports fans who are too important to sit in the rain getting there first

no - im trying to say that a lot of the fans of then arent here now, and they havent given up because times are hard - they were fans when times were a lot harder than this, yet for whatever reason - be it pricing out, becoming disillusioned, they dont go anymore

I see your point but i think supporting your club is loving your club and if you got fans who've given up cos of 25quid a fort-night and they claim they cant afford it bit still manage a few nights down the pub then surely they can afford it?Do you think times were harder then? I think the Withdean now has never been so empty and quite in its History FACT, I do also believe bk then we had players like Zamora, Cullip and money had been spent! But that dosent matter! if you love your club you would never give up on them no matter what!thats why we survived at the Goldstone!! Fans are people who go and watch their clubs not turn on the TV

Tickets were not £25 at the start. I have never had a Season Ticket at Withdean and I am pretty sure they were around £12.50 in the first season.

you must remember senior citizens get tickets cheaper than adults i'll correct myself im sure they were around 20-22 quid a ticket! not a big difference!!
