I don't have a problem with M23 Derby - it is the main road on which you travel to reach each of the grounds after all.
Shouldn't it be the A23 derby?
How about the rail replacement bus derby?
Its fine by me. Some people are so easily offended.
How far away is the Amex from the M23? Over 20 miles.
I'd have more sympathy for the A23 derby nickname.
Its fine by me. Some people are so easily offended.
Wasn't there a thread on this recently?
As has been discussed ad infinitum, this is a made up term coined by lazy journalist, the likes of whom call Lulu "Lulu, the 'Shout' singer"....
Who's offended?
Some like myself think it's a stupid name for a football match, and doesn't make sense seeing as the motorway is 20 miles from Brighton.
