Ipswich have got it spot on (not hard I know) , sit back, suck the belief out of us and hit us with a few quick breaks.

I don't understand how we play. We've gone from a full on system oriented coach to whatever this style is.

I don't get it. I can't see many pundits or analysts raving about how Brighton play
We don’t have an identity at all. Our best moments come from individual moments as we have quality players. He is criminally underperforming as a manager given the players at his disposal.

This is the least I have enjoyed watching us since we got promoted. Even in the darkest days of Potter I believed in what he was trying to do.
Quite, at least it was clear what the game plan was. Currently I haven’t a clue. Even when we break up an Ipswich attack we still pass the ball backwards and sideways rather than attack at pace. Also passing the ball around for two minutes at the back and then Bart hoofing it to an Ipswich player is mindless.

We are halfway through the season and instead of improving we seem to be going backwards. Fab should be stamping his style on the team by now and if this is it, it’s wank

Hopefully it’s a game of two halves again - thats the crap one out of the way - now watch us SMASH them in the second half
I genuinely believe that’s how FH has set this up.

He knew that we’d face an almost impenetrable deep block in the first half, hence the 3 central midfielders leading to Baleba not having much to do.

We have a lot on the bench for Ipswich to worry about including our best striker partnership of Welbz and Georginio.

Poor first half. Clueless in attack. No threat so far by us.
Adingra, Ayari and ORiley are so far off the pace.
It is frustrating that we never start with our strongest 11. Get Welbeck and March on half time
Yep - first twenty minutes we dominated and didn't create one chance - they have had 3 shots on target to our none.

However, we are playing with only 9 as Ayari and Adingra might as well not be out there.

We play as if we are trying to get to 60 minutes level, then bring on subs to get a result. Why not let our early dominance give us a lead?

Tailor-made for Welbeck. Pedro isn’t a target man to our hopeless hoofed clearances, their giant CB’s are winning each one with towering headers.

Other observations. Ref is a homer allowing all their robust challenges, very very precisely penalising us for every one. Kalvin’s hairstyle …. pretentious twat.

Not much to go on in that game for either side really. Think we've had most of the ball without any threat and they've worked hard and got shots off.

Hopefully it'll loosen up a bit in the second half. Still struggling to see exactly what O'Reilly brings to the party if I'm honest.
