That was a pretty good first half to be fair... all except finishing off the excellent moves, which has been pretty typical of us this season and recent seasons. We miss Welbeck.

I am one of Websters biggest critics, but he's having a very good game, apart from one minor brain fart.

Verbruggen has made three exceptional saves against some excellent efforts on goal. What a keeper he is becoming.

Adingra started brightly, but now being marked out of the game.

Estupinan having a good game.

We don't deserve to be winning this, despite being the better team in the centre of the park, as Ipswich have had the better chances on their counters.

Would NOT take a draw, but we are at risk of another banana skin tonight. We need to start creating better chances, as we run out of ideas in the final third.

What a very sad half. The players look sad. I almost feel sad.

Yes Ipswich play a low block and there's not much space but that was poor. Our passing is the opposite of crisp. We wait until they are set. Pervis looks like a right donkey every now and then. Ayari should not start so many games. We seem to give the ball to Mitoma and hope. JP is not good as a 9 (even more so against a back 3!). O'Riley looks brittle, weak and slow. An old man in a young man's body who needs to pull his socks up (literally not figuratively). Takes a good corner though. What a great half.

I really don't know what we set out to do. There's no givens in this league but we have MUCH better players than Ipswich.

We need Rutter, Welbeck, March on if we are to get a goal I think.
