Eat a lot of low fat protein with fruit and vegetables and low GI carbs and you'll put on weight much more slowly than if you eat the same amount of Iceland Pizzas and fried MRM
such tact, taking from one extreme way over to the other. guess how people respond to "you're fat, dont eat any pizza"? they ignore you.
