I dunno, last time you looked at a game and thought "we're gonna get spanked here" we drew 0-0 with Peterborough. You never know, we may draw 0-0 with Stockport

both Micky Adams and Michel Kuipers have said that this weekend

HONESTLY, iS that going to happen? I dint think we were that great.
Yes we had a lot of pocession, but we didnt create many real clear cut chances. A couple shots from distance, and almost a wonder goal from Murray handballing it.

We gave Huddersfield more chances on goal that we created, and Kuipers pulled off a number of saves that kept us in the looking, but realistically can we actually achieve a result away from home playing like we did against Huddersfield.

Maybe I missed something and we were actually good on Saturday, if we were good, we maybe sat our our computers now talking about a win or a draw, minimum

Yes the ref was shit, but we didnt deserve a win.

Actually I thought we were pretty decent on Saturday and if we'd taken our chances and not hit the bar twice and missed a penalty we would have got the result we deserved.

But I also thisnk we are just going through one those spells where a team just cannot buy a win no matter how well it plays.

Thornton is quality but I felt was marked out of the game a bit in the second half. Started brightly though.

QUOTE]

He needs to be a stronger player if he's going to be a decent midfielder in this division - gets brushed off the ball by a breath of wind most times - constantly loses possession in midfield by lacking the ability to keep ball under physical pressure

is the same way i viewed it on saturday, can be good but gets caught out too much and twice led to Huddersfield goal attempts.

We were no better than ordinary against Huddersfield, and nor were they.

You do expect at home ,though,to show something more going forward. We created very little, got and then missed a dubious penalty but conceded a soft goal.

Such has been most of the history of the Albion since I started watching them fifty years ago. With a few decent seasons in amongst it.

But not as many as I'd have liked, obviously.

there has got to be a better left back out there than matt richards, whingy is just not at the races this season and has been shown up time after time recently but i dont think micky helped his confidence earlier in the season.

as for having to stick with it,i never missed a game home or away last season but am finding it very hard to find the entusiasuim this season to continually waste time and money travelling from cornwall to watch the shit that is being thrown up.Only missed a handful of games so far,but if things dont start improving i will be missing a lot more between now and may,got better things to do on a saturday than sit in a car travelling to watch what we have been forced to so far this season...so micky no we don't have to stick with it ! im going tonight in fact i have been up since 4.30 working so i can go,if the players showed that sort of comittment then we wouldnt be in this position !
im feed up with reading the same old excuses week after week with no sign of improvement and to be honest it's embarrasing !!

They have been winning away to move up the table obviously so are inform and that must show whenever or wherever they play. I am sure that if we win against them and or against Oldham it will show in our performances against MK Dons and over Xmas.

Lets hope their record show F9 A9 come 10.00pm tonight.
