Wonderwall.

Painfully dreary and boring. The drumming is dreadful. Bland.

Also it’s endlessly covered - badly - by every street busker and open mic singer with no imagination.

Fully aware I’m going to get pelters for this.

Do They Know It's Christmas ?

Quite remarkably (and appalling) played as a Christmas hit (alongside Slade) and I'm even seen people dance to it.

As a kid I loathed country and western. Lumping them all together.

Broadening my tastes with age, I think Johnny Cash is special.

I love Country Rock, Country and Western not so much. Cash I find so samey. Another iconic musician that does nothing (apart from annoy me ) is Joni Mitchell

One of the folk hanging around with David (shag anything in sight) Crosby. Depressing I thought.

I much preferred Joan Baez and Mary Travers of that ilk, amazing vocalists.
