So, after today's result Pakistan now know what they need to do to get into 4th. And that is to absolutely thump England. That could be an entertaining game ... if you're Pakistan and win the toss, do you bat first and look to put on a massive total and heap pressure on the shaky England batting line up hoping they fold, or do you put England in so you know exactly what your target is chasing?

Afghanistan still has a "chance" to make the semis as well, but I just can't see them thumping SA by enough to make it happen.
