I quite like that Pear Cider and a chocolate orange.
Target is to lose about 3 stone now. My diet is now fish, loads of veg, chicken, rice, noodles, fruit, pizza.

Peach slices, with evaporated milk, 70's-tastic.I quite like tinned mandarin but it has to be tinned and in thick syrup not its own juice.
Loads more than before now we got a new Sainsburys down the road
That is one of the shops I use, however I am disappointed with their selection. Particularly their strawberries. Ignoring the fact that as soon as they appear on the shelf, they are half price, they have little taste to them. Perhaps because if was such a wet season?
I mean, does anyone every say "Oooooh I'm hungry, I want a nice piece of fruit"?
Might want to cut out the rice and pizza, or at least make the rice wholegrain
Nothing at weekends apart from tomato with bacon and sausage etc.
1 to 2 apples a day, fruit drinks. Probably not enough.
Are you getting enough,so far i had grapes,strawberries,plums(8) and a banana what's your intake
