every day...
half a melon
an apple
a banana
grapefruit
satsuma
a peach
half a tin of pineapple
a pear

having a stomach ulcer changes your diet :annoyed:
although now and again i still sneak in a cheeky king prawn vindaloo

1/2 or whole banana with brekkie
apple, plum or satsuma at lunchtime
ditto in evening
a few grapes if Mrs SoP hasn't had them
a peach/nectarine when in season

Wouldn't fancy a fruit-free diet at all

2 bananas, 1-2 apples and either a nectarine/peach/grapes, and occasionally a kiwi or plum, depends on what the supermarket has when I go shopping on the weekend, don't tend to bother on weekends as my main food group on weekends is lager or cider.

Nice, thanks. I haven't had them for a while and your post has given me pangs to devour them once more.

There's a Turkish shop in Lewes Road Brighton that sells them too mate, according to my Indian Colleague, it's next to a shop called Chicks.

Not as much as I should, seeing as there's free fruit at work. I'd say I have 1 piece of fruit every other day - either an apple or banana. At the weekends I've been known to devour a punnet of raspberries in about a minute. I eat a lot of fresh veg though - I really miss it if I don't have a lot with my dinner...

Grapes, apple and strawberrys from about Monday- Thursday with greens for dinner. Broccoli or lettuce of some kind.

If you eat fruit on Friday, Saturday or Sunday you're gay!

Today, banana, apricot and plum. Used to eat lots of bread and pastry at lunchtime but have changed to fruit and feel better for it.
Only downside spending more on bog rolls.!!
