VAR, lots of odd KO times, losing! Occasionally beating a traditional big club, on MOTD.
No, I don't want us to get relegated. I just know that if we are, I will enjoy the following season more, and will desperately hope that we get promoted again.
Feeling negative about the EPL does not equate to not wanting us to be there.
promotions are amazing, loved us getting promoted to the premier league. But i've not enjoyed it one bit since we've been here
ideal scenario for me is that we're a yoyo club, experience the highs of promotion and then people can have a little tug over seeing de bruyne or whatever, we get relegated and repeat the process
Unfortunately, we're not allowed to win promotion from the Championship every season!! (yeah, I get it...it would be great!), so I'm afraid I can't rationalise the two statements in your sentence "Feeling negative about the EPL does not equate to not wanting us to be there". Anyway
I can't imagine anything worse than being a yoyo team.
Perpetual mediocrity. Never being the best. Just bouncing about being a little puppy dog/feeder club of the Prem.

Another thing I don’t like is the lack of accessibility to less well off fans, but that probably wasn’t to different to The Championship, so it’s a problem with football in general. People who I used to go with in the League 1 days don’t even go anymore.
That applies to many things in life. Take concerts by leading artists. You need a mortgage to get decent tickets.
So, that brings me to my biggest ‘complaint’. The away support/crowds don’t seem as good as the League 1 days, like a lot of those don’t even get tickets. I don’t mean to be ageist, and I’m not saying they don’t deserve tickets, but there seems be a lot more quiet 60+ types at the away games these days and I don’t remember seeing them in the League 1 away games! (Yes, I get that they would’ve been about 50 back then)
But there are a lot of us that have been going for years. I think part of the reason that, particularly for Hughton second season in the EPL (the first was just a joyride) the football was so desperately dire.
A big thing for me is really getting behind the team at away games, no matter what and that doesn’t seem to happen now and MAYBE it’s because too many quiet season ticket holders snap up the tickets. Arsenal away last season sticks in my mind.
