This is all a little too close to home for me now, single again after 31 years I've got to get back in the saddle so to speak.

My mate, also recently split from his other half, went on Tinder, and first time out he went and met a lady in Horsham Park, but when she turned up it was clearly apparent that she'd eat the lady in the original photo, all a bit worrying really

Hmm, get told I’m a good looking guy. I play guitar, sing and have a great arse as well, apparently.

I look much younger than I am though. Now I’ve lost a bit of weight over the last couple of years, I look a bit more mature, but I think I get less looks from girls than I did when I looked about 15.

When I was in Sweden, the locals thought I was Swedish. I have quite high cheekbones and a pretty strong jawline.

Judging by the amount of looks I get, I’d say I wasn’t very attractive though. You probably have to be a 6 foot rapper with a gold chain to be even considered these days.

Sorry to hear this, there is all too much going on regarding couples splitting at present. Always about to chat if you need to.

Aww. I was only pulling your plonker matey.

Actually...back in my brief flat top days you and I were similar looking...I’ll give you the edge...blue eyed stunner you.

Mind you. I did all right. I laughed em into bed.

Actually...when I say “laughed” I meant “Rohypnoled” them into bed.

It saved on all that tedious dinner/foreplay nonsense.

Everyone’s happy.

Well...when I say “Everyone”...

Aged 3-5 - I was an 8
Aged 5-11 - I was a 4
Aged 11-15 - I was a 1
Aged 15-18 - I was a 7
Aged 18-30 - I was a 9
Aged 30-40 - I was a 7
Aged 40-45 - I was a 6
Aged 45-51 - I am a 2.5

Guess which periods !!

That Indian Feathered Headdress and the rest of the outfit for that matter- I am having visions even now of people wearing them in Swansmans ''Love Basement'' especially when he referred to ''The Hatch'' as a ''Hatchet''

Swansman needs to make this Basement happen - There is a growing appetite - Although when he said that we had to pay him money - The word ''Bordello'' sprang to mind:rolleyes:

A mate of mine split from his missus about a year ago and registered on Plenty of Fish. In fairness he's not a bad looking chap (early 50s), and has had plenty of nibbles.

The clingy bunny-boilers are out there, as well as the heavily filtered ones who's profile pic is circa 2004 of course, but he seems to be enjoying himself. He ploughed into my daughters neighbour a couple of times funnily enough, not that it led to anything, but they're all on there for the same thing.

Putting yourself "out there" online was never an option when I landed the current Mrs 10 back in 1994, but its a whole new world now. His phone is always going off with a "like" of some kind or other from some bint. Low lights, blaring music, Kiwi Mad Dogs 20/20 and sticky carpets was the order of the day when I was on the market. Those were the days.

Just on that, the daughters neighbour who he drilled got a bit angsty after 2-3 dates when she saw from his activity he was still perusing on PoF, and so binned him off. Understandable on one level I suppose, but he'd hardly proposed.

Cheers Easy 10 you’ve given me hope 😂

Ahh.

The subtle differences between “barely” and “hardly”

If I ever found myself single again, for whatever reason I would go nowhere near a dating site.
The horror stories I hear from others is terrible.
I believe that things just happen, if I were to meet someone else then it would happen, maybe not overnight, but it would.
I am out quite a lot with work, music, socialising etc. if I met someone who I took an interest in then I may pursue it.
Call me old fashioned if you like, I just prefer it to be natural and not like being in a showroom window.

The depreciation when buying a new car is horrendous, I agree

My Mrs seems much happier being seen out with me since face masks were made compulsory. Tells me all I need to know I think!
