Sounds a good start to a sat morning :)

Why not, I usually run further than that at the moment when I do go out, but because I run on my own, it's probably quite easy to plod along at the same pace and never push it.

I reckon a cheeky little 5k once a week might be good for speeding things up a bit. Also thought the change of scenery is no bad thing, from a motivation point of view.

I won't be breaking any world records, that's for sure :lolol:

it has the range of runners from club to pram pusher,i intend to add another level next week:facepalm:

Oh good, well I'm probably closer to the latter than the former right now, but hey, you never know.

I might go out and run 5k now, just to see how quick I go, can't be embarrassing myself now can I :lolol:

Ran it for the first time last Saturday. Well organised and a friendly bunch. The race caters for runners of any level. Would definitely recommend it ..and its free !.
