and what "seasonal work" do these pikeys do then ? recreational drugs ? plenty of home grown brighton dealers , horses ? no more than any other town, brighton doesnt attract them any more than any other particular place, im just waiting for all the reasons these people are " misunderstood " and "unfairly treated".

I attend the offices of the company which employs my services once every week or two. It is a sprawling business park affair and right next to it is an official traveller's site. It's been there 10 years and to my knowledge it hasnt caused a single problem. To be honest, you forget it is there.

was playing tennis on the courts on hove seafront the other day when 3 pikeys walked past giving a middle aged couple grief for no reason. As soon as i start giving it back to them one of lowlifes (claiming hes a bare knuckle boxer) offers me out and says 'oi oim a fooking poikey ill get a transit van full of boys down here in 2 minutes flat'.
Luckily it didnt get to a fight as i'd probably be lying in a shallow grave off the A23.
They are scum...also knicked our rugby posts from waterhall so our game was called off. Some of the holier than thou on here love defending this scum cos it makes them so 'liberal' and 'forward thinking'

I agree, all the ones I have come across have been snidy, aggressive shit heads. Had one in work a few weeks ago who was all nice, acting like my mate when he was trying to get his money back for something he had already used. When it looked like it wasn't going his way he started kicking off and only the big security man scared him off.
They move into sites, f*** them up, piss off the locals and then move on leaving it a shit hole. What lovely people they are.
