Sorry, I may have been a bit abrupt and selfish there and perhaps I didn't get your drift. Are you saying new managers win one game and then lose three?

Not at all. You implied that my view that QPR would be relegated if Poyet went there, because it would take time to get his way of playing across. Was floored because he won his first game with us 1-3 away. I was just pointing out, that the three league games after that we lost them all, with a -8 goal difference. It took a good three months before we started seeing improvement on a regular basis....The same at QPR would see them playing championship football next season.

There is no way Gus would go to QPR....A struggling club....and there is no way would I want Redknapp at the Albion....look what happened at Pompey under his stewardship!

QPR would be bonkers to have an unproven and slightly maverick manager in their current situation. they'd be better off sticking it out with Hughes.

There is ZERO chance of QPR wanting Poyet regardless of whether he'd go. They will be in for a proven Prem manager who has experience of getting a side out of trouble, certainly not a gamble on unproven potential. Harry is perfect for them to be fair.

Exactly what I would have said. QPR really don't have the luxury of enough points to take a risk on someone like Poyet who hasn't managed in the Premier League.

Gus would leave for the right prem job, he said so himself less that two weeks ago, sorry to piss on your fire...But don't worry because the jobs he was referring to don't come around very often and even if they do, I very much doubt Poyet would even enter their thought's.

Did he? Was that the same interview when he said he was here for the long term?

Harry is the obvious choice for QPR fans and board. Poyet would never jump ship for that lot in their condition. No need to worry.

I agree with the first half of that, not so sure about the second bit though. At least the first bit would trump anything else.

If Gus wants to unravel his slowly building credentials he could of course got to QPR and watch it all unravel within a couple of months.

Seems like Hughes on way out, will QPR go for the same old rubbish like Redknapp or Curbishley or an up and commer like Poyet ?

Your right no chance. If Gus goes anywhere he needs the full package.

QPR have spent a load of money on transfers. No more money for transfers this season either. So no I can't see Gus going there.

QPR = tinpot club always punching above their weight and nothing more than a glorified Brentford playing in a tiny stadium made of corrugated sheet metal.

(I thank you)

They seem to have spent well beyond their means. I dread to think what their wage bill is every week. They are lucky to have someone who is prepared to flush millions down the drain every week. Yes the rewards in The Premiership are beyond most clubs wildest dreams but if you fail it can ruin your club.

This is true but having had the worst ground in the land we are now coming across as some jumped up irritating nouveau riche neighbours who won the lottery, and moved from their nasty rented accommodation into the posh area and are now trying to lord it
