come on we're desperate and need more than that dingodan what does the Argus say?

That still lines up with the medical failure, personal terms agreed, re-negotiating due medical issues?

I posted this in another thread:

Had a quick read when I went to the shop. Noted the following:

Ongoing LuaLua negotiations are with Newcastle United, not the player himself. Gus is very comfortable about Kaz signing its just taking some time.

3 or 4 other things going on which may or may not be wrapped up "tommorrow" (today?)

Gus played down talk of our interest in Jason Scotland.

That is all I can remember from my trip to the shop.

Peace.

" Its not an easy negotiation, There are plenty of things to work out, but i am happy, the problem is that people talk- even Kazenga. Deals take time, even when you think they are done. We have been working on 3 or 4 things, they could come of today or they could just finish"

Thats the crux of it pretty much.

Basically the first bit is saying, people started talking like it was already done, thats what was thought, you live and learn.

Second bit is saying, no promises. Which is sensible imo.

your worrying over nothing i tell you. I was pretty encouraged by Gus's comments.

I hope you are right, and to a certain extent I agree , but it does go to show that despite the 60-70 pages of complete and utter bollocks re KLL and quotes from those supposedly in the know its is not a done deal YET.

....and I get pissed off cos I cant help but get drawn into it all ....:lol:

I haven't seen the Argus so I may be taking this out of context but, could that last sentence not be regarding OTHER potential signings? If it's clear, after reading the whole article, that it was definitely about KLL then please correct me.

Its not about KLL. My reading of it was 3 or 4 other potential perm/loan signings.

Thanks. Not sure why people are getting worked up then. Any negotiations could potentially finish if the player is unreasonable with their demands. Exciting if there are 3-4 in advanced talks!

Yeh my hope is that over the next couple of days we will confirm a couple of transfers and maybe a big loan signing from the Prem (Bostock from Spurs is my guess).

The unreasonable overoptimistic side of me is excitedly waiting for us to announce the sigining of Henri Lansburry.
