Gregg Wallace faces fresh allegations of inappropriate sexual behaviour
One woman says he touched her bottom and another says he pressed his crotch against her while filming.www.bbc.co.uk
Taking its time old boy, when was the original expose documentary?CPS still looking into prosecution
Nope. An internal investigation needs to determine whether someone has breached HR policy and if they have, the extent of that breach. The firm can then determine the penalty for that breach. For example, it could be determined that an alleged offender has committed several counts of gross misconduct over several years, for which I suspect the usual outcome is instant dismissal without payment. The offender would usually have the right of appeal (internally), and of course if the offender believes the company have acted unfairly can launch a grievance and/or sue the company. There’s alleged victims I’ll grant you, but there is also a huge 21st century bandwagon as well, which make the aforementioned baying mob.
Problem is, if he is guilty of anything he needs to be convicted in a court of law and not just the court of public opinion.
Slightly off topic, but perhaps relevant, has Russell Brand been charged by the CPS yet?
If it keeps getting worse it will be interesting to see how long the “can’t say anything, all banter he’s a legend” types cling to the burning wreckageReports of inappropriate touching now. Still, it's all BANTER, right lads?!

To be fair here, the "production company" was one they subsequently bought. One of the production companies that apologised for not properly investigating complaints made against Brand was Banijay UK, the same production company involved in the making of Masterchef.
I'm no Poirot, but your clue-laced post indicates this must have been Maurice Skilton MBE.This whole circus reminds me of when I was 20 and worked in an NHS admin office in Eastbourne.
One of the senior managers in his late 50's was in charge of the typing pool that had about 30 women young and old. Virtually every Monday morning he would breeze in with the opening line " Morning ladies, hands up all those of you who had a bunk up at the weekend!" Much hilarity ensued and the usual response from the girls was " what about you Maurice? "
Different times and he went on to be one of the most respected Eastbourne mayors!

Banijay is a parent company for a myriad of smaller ones.
And said ‘ooh you liked that didn’t you’. I’m not suggesting it’s the worst crime ever but it’s still not an appropriate or professional way to behave and is part of an overall picture of inappropriate behaviour.shock horror , some woman said he brushed against her
That’s not all he did though, is it? She alleges he made some lewd comment as he did itshock horror , some woman said he brushed against her
It wasn't tricky was it. Personally I really liked him but with all the current furore it's funny how I recalled that from so far back.I'm no Poirot, but your clue-laced post indicates this must have been Maurice Skilton MBE.
It's not quite "Domingo from Little Oakley" but it's certainly competitive.
In my company and the previous it would be straight out the door, as it should be.No we wouldn’t.
The statement he released was victim blaming. Is he actually denying any of these allegations or is he dismissing them as over-sensitive woke nonsense?
