John Simpson on TV. Why did the BBC not ask him if Gaddafi was a as crazy as Bin Laden ?

He said Gaddafi was not crazy enough to point a pistol at you? I think Bin Laden was that crazy!

Not sure there was much to choose between the two though.

Apparently he claimed that he had been roaming the streets in disguise and was appalled by what he saw, horribly disfigured people, ransacked houses and factories, all the debris & shit on the streets. It raised fears that he may have been in Croydon

The bloke was an absolute ****, but to drag a dead mans body through a street with people still hitting him is wrong on every level

Nah. It's the only language scum like that deserve. You're obviously not a parent otherwise you'd agree with me that anyone who looks like a kiddie fiddler deserves that. It's probably why Gaddafi had plastic surgery - to make him look less of a kiddie fiddler.

Very true. Gaddafi at least had some shred of integrity and, at least in the beginning, believed in what he was doing. bliar lied from day one and willfully supported an illegal war which has cost far more lives than anything gaddafi ever did.

Indeed. Pretty much from Day 1 who can forget the much trumpeted at the time but soon thrown in the dustbin, New Labour's ethical foreign policy in May '97 as linked below.

Robin Cook's speech on the government's ethical foreign policy | World news | guardian.co.uk

Cosying up to the likes of Gaddafi and printing a dossier of absolute bullsh1t about Iraq's WMD capabilities that lead Britain to war seems a long distance from this mission statement.

Is this a joke?

Finally, some justice for the 1985 attempted murder of Doc Emmett Brown by the Libyans in that mall parking lot.

Quality! Justice for Emmett.

In fact has anyone spotted a flying skateboard in any of the news pics...
