Does anyone remember Super Moose? It was a bit like Milky Way.

There is a sweet shop in Shoreham, that seems to sell the sweets in the old big jars - you know, but the quarter, I imagine cola-cubes and barley twists etc. , not sure if they have all the other retro stuff. I've never seen anyone in the shop buying anything though.

Ooh yes, top savoury snack, still happily available.

Another vote for Spangles, boiled sweets in general seem to have gone into decline although now I don't have a sweet tooth at all and don't eat sweets and chocolates from one year to the next!

My middle age spread is instead due to cheese, wine and beer, none of which I'm giving up soon.

Use to love spangles - I remember the cola ones and the fizzy orange ones fondly, though I think they were a later addition.

I remember a chocolate bar,I think it was called a Swirl,it was milk chocolate with dark chocolate swirled through it.It was around in the mid 70's. Used to love it.
