I really enjoyed my free pre-match 7 pints in The Swan and relieving myself in Falmer pond on the way here.

Nice mention of Jonny Crumplin. He has just taken over my local non-league club Walton (no, Not T&M - moved ages ago...)

A recent story made me laugh. He got rid of a load of players for having eaten too many pies. Ironic, since the picture in the paper of Crumplin was barely recognisable from his playing days.

Lots of moaning that the ground is too small because someone knows a bloke who used to go in the Goldstone days who couldn't get a ticket for the first match.

I don't understand. It's raining but i'm not getting wet?

I tell you what, I fookin' LOVED that at Millwall last Friday. I was literally sat there for minutes watching it heave it down, without feeling the need to zip everything up to the max and wonder just how blinkin' wet I'd be when it finally stopped.

Marvellous scenes.

possibly my greatest moment supporting this lot is at Anfield, when John barnes was down in the corner in front of the Albion faithful with Crumplin and Crumplin did a step over a la Cruff and sent Barnes one way and he took the ball the other.

It was sheer genius and has never been beaten for flair.
