Films 3 to 8 are brilliant, they got darker and more magical. I enjoy them so much with my kids.

good f***ing lord. The critics and film intelligentsia were surely having a big in-joke, with their massive backing of this utter dirge. Shockingly dull film.

I’m ashamed to say most arthouse films send me to sleep after the first 5 mins - non-emotive acting, bland lighting, scenes moving so slow they can barely crawl. .

I feel you might be watching the wrong sort of art-house films

Not a clue what it was called but Richard Gere was in it with a dog that followed him everywhere I got a good hours kip on that masterpiece.

First time I watched the shining I nodded off as well,so had to watch that again,I kinda get why I nodded off the first time I saw it.

My go to movie when I can't sleep and works every time is Lawrence of Arabia
