I'm not entirely clear what other games teams in the gold, star, and blue leagues are playing each year. Are they in the FA Cup and League Cups? Are they still in a domestic league> I assume no to the latter as they can't compete in the same league as a team that's trying to get into the Blue League.
So, this - unlike the previous proposal - is an entire breakaway from the existing domestic league. They are effectively telling UEFA that their role has been reduced to administrators, just as the Premier League did the same to the FA.
