Yep! And file that under any of the following :

It’s only Brighton

We should be beating teams like Brighton

With all due respect to Brighton

Brighton are at best lower mid-table team

Brighton are punching above their weight

Plucky little Brighton

Brighton get the rub of the green winning 6-0

How can Brighton be above us in the table

Brighton will be in the relegation zone by Christmas

. . . . . . and so on and so forth.

:laugh:punk::cheery:

Brighton / Hove actually
When Schelotto started against Palace Hodgson put Zaha and Townsend on him knowing that he was new to the Prem and wanted to test him. It wasn't the best game from what I remember was his full debut.

He didn't seem well prepped for what he had in store that day and they made him pay. He was a better sub than Bong who might not get another chance based on his performances coming on.

I couldn’t believe he got on at left wing back, with March sitting next to him on the bench.

I’m all for getting him involved, but surely there’s no future for him in that position? Match hasn’t played much in recent weeks either.

I’m shocked he got on again after his performance v Everton. He must be looking good in training

Good to see him back after his injury I like his enthusiasm and energy he's a great option to have on the bench

What the Palace away game?

He’d played quite a few games prior to that nightmare......

Bong hasn’t helped his own cause this year and looked terrible at Chelsea.

He is a Potter player.

Ahead of the likes of Mooy, March, Bernardo, Bissouma & AJ it would seem.

Yes it’s certainly an interesting call, Potter most definitely hard to predict.

Really thought Bissouma would blossom with a GP team, I suppose there’s still time.

I’ve never been a Bissouma fan just don’t get the hype. He’s had a couple of decent games just can’t recall much for the opposition to be worried about in the PL.

Same, he's well overrated on here.

Yes the Palace away game. I can't remember how many times he was in the starting 11 before that Palace game tbh as Bruno was still first choice at the time when fit. I think I remember starting against Liverpool but cannot remember if this was before or after Palace.

I think Bong has had his chances and I doubt we will see him again unless we have players laid out with injuries. Schelotto didn't do himself any harm in the role he was given as sub but I would be concerned to see him starting at RB.
