As disjointed a half as expected. Worse than hoped but better than feared, hopefully the initial nervousness for some will dissipate now.

3 ugly points at Goodison would be fantastic today , things will only get better.

I’d prefer Gruda, March or ACD at right wing and Barco, Estupinan or Kadıoğlu at left back.

We are not playing great but if we can pull this one off, we’ll surely have a much better squad and team by the time we play Everton again. I’m not sure they will.

Minteh’s pace is frightening. Gutted he went off but proud that as a club we’re leading the way again by taking a player off following medical advice after a head injury even when he wants to come back on, hopefully other clubs follow our lead for the players own safety.

Need our passing to be a bit more on point second half to see this out and I desperately hope we complete the Kadioglu deal. Right back a definite problem at the moment and more worrying now Minteh is off.

Minteh is f***ing class isn't he. Put the goal on a plate, did the defensive dirty work and put his neck on the line to make that huge challenge. What a signing.

Took the ball towards the bye line then great pass across the goal - something all wingers should be capable of but few seem to be.

Although Harrison has had the ball a lot, he's only really come inside once. Hinshelwood has restricted him to crosses, which by and large haven't been great.

Yes its an obvious tactic as Everton are pumping everything out to the right wing. Maybe need to change Hinshelwood as he looks to be struggling with it ?

Wieffer has taken up so good defensive positions but has given the ball away 4 or 5 times which needs to stop otherwise we will soon be conceding.

Agree it needs a change he’s struggling. - Milner off, on a yellow- Hinsh into midfield. It’s a guaranteed goal for them if not. Dyche is targeting him
