OK so it’s got f*** all to do with the fact they reported themselves for the miss accounting of seasons past. They have a case to answer irrespective of their latest splurge.
Yes. Yes they do.

And I hope this is a case of the EPL, and the independent commission getting all their ducks in line for the accounting period, before absolutely SMASHING them. The groundwork has been done with Everton. Now when Chelsea are up before the beak (and its coming), we'll see what they get dealt.

By deducting points, a precedent has been set. We've gone past fines now. If Chelsea are found to be in breach of the -£105 x 3 years, which surely they will be, then it cannot be anything other than a substantial points deduction.

If they somehow get away with it then yes, the corruption charge can be justifiably levelled. Lets see.

Great conspiracy theory, but Leicester themselves are facing charges for overspend last season and the two prior to that.

Yes and Leicester have already started two legal proceedings against the EPL and EFL.

No idea if it's related but seems to convenient...

We need a "The Premier League's Corrupt" day, where fans of all teams sing this on the same chosen minute all over the country. That will get worldwide headlines and hopefully speed the powers that be into a better / quicker solution.

Most would join in, apart from Man City & Chelsea fans obviously :)

This weekend on 10 minutes (total of Everton and Forests 'out of thin air' punishments)

Reports now that Everton’s financer and wannabe takeover ‘777 Partners’ are in the shit financially. Be funny if their new stadium was repossessed

Makes you wonder how they pass the EPL fit and proper test. Probably a back hander in the right direction

It was only last week when apparently this group pumped in more money for ‘cashflow’ purposes…..wonder if their new stadium will be named Up Shit Creek

Read a report on the this yesterday and the accusations filed in the court case are damning. There is no way this take over can go ahead, Everton are f***ed.
Possibly.

I'm not vindictive, but the club's and their fans conduct this season has been pretty poor. They got away with it last season so should have kept their heads down. If 9 points is the going rate for an admin, that will not be enough to see them relegated.
