Well, I bow to everyone's clearly superior knowledge of the intricate workings of the situation!

The only reason I brought facking Colwill up was as an example of a player who went out on loan and then went back to his parent club and played a big part from there. I genuinely wished I hadn't have bothered!

Because apparently there's NO chance in hell of that happening with Fergie. None. Zip. Zilch. Nada. ZERO. In fact, if you listen VERY carefully, you can just about make out an Irish twang belting out Knees Up Mother Brown from a young lad's mouth that's full of jellied eels.

He's gone. Never to return or taken the doors of Lancing or the Amex's home dressing room ever again.

Bozza may as well lock the thread now, because there's nothing more to say other than 'Fergie to West Ham 'ere we gooooooo!'

:moo:
These are a good rant😊

Potter takes a side swipe at Brighton?

“ But obviously, that's our challenge now, to make sure that he's fit, to make sure that he's healthy and enjoying his football, because then he's a talent."

Meaning he has not enjoyed when he has been playing?

Interesting comment from Potter after their game tonight when asked 'how quickly Ferguson can have an impact'.

"We have to assess that. He's had a few weeks off. He played 20 minutes or so at the weekend so, we just need to make sure."

Not 'he's just come back from an injury', but that he has had 'a few weeks off'?

Hmm. Potter chooses his words carefully and that tally’s with Evan looking surprisingly sprightly at Forest.

Someone actually put on here recently that he wanted to leave Brighton so he could start enjoying football again. He was pushing to leave so pretty obvious he wasn't happy here, sadly.

I never thought he was injured! It was all to convenient, a mystery injury that occurred just as the window opened - and numerous teams wanting to loan in an "injured' player. Then he pops up on Saturday in great shape / fit as a fiddle, like he'd been training (presumably away from the group) the whole time.

I would happily take a £10 bet to REMF that he never plays for Brighton under Fab again. If Fab goes, all bets are off!

It's obviously pointless and baseless speculation, but my guess is that Hurzeler has been choosing to omit him from the squad, and the thinking was that bringing him on against Forest might put some pressure on West Ham to cough up the loan fee and his wages.

A masters in Emotional Intelligence makes him very, very clever at mind games. Old Graham’s toying with Bloom like a kitten.

Or Evan went on strike to agitate for a move?

Good for you - I hope you find someone to take that bet. However, much like Fergie's Albion career, the REMF charity no longer exists.

Difficult to understand this, I do feel it leaves us weaker.

It tends (and I have no knowledge) to support the rumours of a falling out, IF that is the case then it does seem the club are supporting the manager, I can only hope that this proves to be the right decision.

As it stands from a supporters point of view it does seem a strange decision.
The club have to support the manager at this stage. Completely different at the end of the season when hopefully FH will be gone or miraculously FH appears to be the new Klopp.
