Actually if you can be arsed to go back a couple of pages you will pick it up and see I was answering a question as to why properties where not marketed in the £ 250 - £ 270k bracket due to the change in stamp duty so why you feel the need to chip in and make things nasty god only knows but I guess it is to be expected. Which is why you should go to a specialist letting agent (and one that is ARLA registered).

Going to a specialist estate agent instead of a letting agent is like going to your GP for open heart surgery. They may be able to open you up but they have no clue what to do after that.

Stupid comment! If you don't look after the buyer it becomes harder to negotiate a deal for the vendor.
