This and do you think you might get 12000 at home for a quarter final, maybe if its kids for a quid?

Come back when you've done that in the last 100 years.

Are all palace fans gloating cocks that as soon as they win a game they come onto another club forum with these soppy little "cough cough" threads.
I've never signed up to a palace forum as I don't see myself as some spotty f***ing nerd that feels the need to give it the big I am on another teams forum.... It's proper f***ing sad lads but what do we expect from a bunch of jack laws

"cough cough" ffs what an absolute gimp

you do make me smile
you are getting some bigger crowds than us for the first time in 24 years, yes 24 years and suddenly you think you are bigger than us

Your team is doing well at the minute & are stronger than us right now (credit where it's due) no one on here would deny that but all these soppy threads every time you get a win make you look like f***ing idiots tbh

We are bigger than you.
When did you ever average 20k in the championship?
Also who gives a FACKING shit on this board that Palace are doing ok in the Carling Cup?
I don't
I hope you get all the way to the final, it fucks up your season and your usual slide to the foot of the table happens.

Look you guys dont get it do you? We've have many years when we had just the odd Palarse fan on this board. All of a sudden you lot feel threatened, so know you're on here everyday trying desperately to convince yourself that we can never be as BIG as you. So many Palarse fans on here, its unreal!

Well, its inevitable, we will overtake you, we will bypass you. then we'll never look back.

I'll tell you why, although we have a smaller population town wise 270k vs 330k. You are integrated into London. Therefore a vast majority support Londons big clubs (as do ours). However, you are on the transport network and you are a London Suburb, we aren't. We also have a draw from around 400-500k. So look, although my maths are very very general, you lot have been so used to being the big boys and now you are in danger of losing that status for good.
Brighton getting 7k crowds is gone, Brighton being Skint is gone, Brighton not being able to attract players is gone and you being the bigger club is GONE too!
Enjoy:clap:

Bang on

wooo you beat some reserves to get in to the carling cup quarter finals.... we went out to Liverpool, and you'll go out to another top flight team as well(Liverpool or Arsenal since they see this as their only way to win silverware, or even united or city!). Fair play with how well you are actually doing, but surely you can't disagree that the league cup is a waste of time, nobody actually cares about it except the winners!

It's brilliant for you actually. It takes you away from the fact that you all have to live on the worlds biggest council estate.

erm cough cough. Excuse me but have you seen whose in the quarter finals of the Carling Cup:D:clap::clap::drink::bigwave:
Good stuff, what did you do to celebrate, go out with your mates, or spend the evening on a Brighton forum?
Everyone says that who get knocked out..chance of playing at Wembley, chance of playing europe plus more revenue.....yeah course no one gives a rats arse... Sour grapes!!!!
Chance of playing in Europe? If you win, I shall take my hat off and bow. But you're not going to, which is why even your manager didn't field his first 11.
what will you be doing at 12 o'clock Saturday? i'll be watching the quarter final draw hoping we get Man Utd at home:clap:
That's one way of filling your ground I guess. The Man U fans can watch their team play their local club, and we can see another Cantona Kick stlye image with the home fans wearing their Man U hats.

you mean soppy threads like this

C Palace 11,865........Crawley 2,862

and there are plenty of brighton fans on the bbs

you could of course ban away fans so you can all tell each other how wonderful you are and how you are !

No idea but we'd sell what ever we get allocated always do when we go to Wembley.

Can t believe that some people are saying that they're glad not to be in it anymore....its an ideal competition for the second string to get out and show what they're made of....i'm loving it yeah there was only 11k+ last night but the atmosphere was good take a look on the League Cup Showw tonight...oh your not bothered are you what will you be doing at 12 o'clock Saturday? i'll be watching the quarter final draw hoping we get Man Utd at home:clap:

I know that you would sell out any allocation you were given at Wembley, but this is my point.!1k there against the Saints minus 3.5k away fans and all of a sudden you wouls sell 40k and some of your lot call us plastic.

time will tell

24 years of bigger crowds against 3 months
you have had the catchment area for all of those 24 yrs and yet couldn't manage bigger crowds

Machiavellian twisting of the facts on the ground there, good effort. Two of those years were spent in North Kent, that would be in Gillingham's "catchment area" I believe; and 12 years spent in a 8850 capacity stadium. I believe the remaining years would have been when you were top flight, or considerably higher in the football pyramid than us.

When we are both in the same division, and all other things being equal - like playing in a similar-sized arena - we have the biggest crowds, period
