Kio RDZ wasn’t building anything.

He didn’t care about our young players or our future as a club, that’s why he wanted to sign more 27-32 year olds and Fati on loan. He just wanted success in Europe last season to boost his reputation to get a bigger job.
Well that first part is absolute bollocks. It’s funny now people have written of Adingra as crap now because FH can’t get the best out of him, he scored six goals or near that from the wing in his first season in the PL. For an example.
Enciso saying he has no relationship with FH is also a bad sign.

Who was never really a Brighton player, but an important part of the clubs plan and business . . . Was shoehorned in, a shop window. . .played well, he is good, and we cashed in.
What an UTTERLY bizarre comment.

Ben White was on Albion's books for more than SEVEN years.

There is more to a football club than the first team, you know.

RDZ was in it for himself that was blatantly obvious.

Enciso has great potential, nothing more yet. I completely disagree that he gives his all - his defensive work and tracking back is one of his big weaknesses.

The right loan could do wonders for his development. Just think next season we could have Facundo and Enciso back and realizing their potential together with us.
Trouble with Enciso is that he, probably via his representation, believes he has already made it.... that's why he is agitating for a change... like Undav before him, he thinks he should be starting, so his option and preference is to move to Spain for the language, sunshine and Mediterranean glamour.. even if it is to a team at the bottom of the table.

I think undav was just homesick TBF.

Enciso is just a spoilt brat. He should be sticking around fighting for his team here. But no , he wants to join a name on loan instead, a name that will almost certainly go down. And one that will chew him up and spit him out.

Agreed.

And perhaps he thinks that's what's happening to him here?

I don't know how to tell you this but you needs to hear it.

RDZ has gone. And he is not coming back.

It's over man, you gotta move on.

If he seriously looks at his performances and think he has made it then he won't progress. IF that is the case it's probably best to cash in now as he will never be worth more.
I hope he sees where he can improve and listens to the coaching staff. That way he WILL make it.
