This all seems to go against what RDZ was building , Enciso - Buonanotte - and Sarmiento were all for the current season with RDZ , but FH doesn`t seem to want to give them the time . All I can see is these highly talented lads going on loan (at a lower level in Sarmiento`s case ) and deciding they don`t want to return , we will already have a fight on our hands to get Facu back because FH didn`t recognise the quality he had .

If we think how quickly we lost players to injury in the second half of last season , we need players like Enciso , and he needs more than just a new contract and a promise of more time when he is a year older .

Enciso is a bloody good player who gives his all on the pitch , he is also a tad greedy with the ball in front of goal sometimes , but given a string of games he will prove both his true class and his quality as a goal scorer and a goal maker .
Given Buonanotte can’t get into a team that’s lost 7 on the bounce, I’d be surprised if he didn’t want to come back.

RDZ barely gave Sarmiento a game and clearly didn’t rate him. Facundonis goung to come back a far better player than when he went to Leicester. Encisco jury out if he can ever be a team player.

I don’t really understand the issue.

RDZ wasn’t building anything.

He didn’t care about our young players or our future as a club, that’s why he wanted to sign more 27-32 year olds and Fati on loan. He just wanted success in Europe last season to boost his reputation to get a bigger job.

I think it's more to do with the fact Facu and Enciso play in the no. 10 position, currently filled by Pedro (£30m), Rutter (£40m) and O'Riley (£35m).

The question is, over which does Enciso start? At the moment, O'Riley, but he's nowhere near Rutter or Pedro
Agreed , but we need to be careful of injuries and these lads are capable of a little flexibility , good players are able to adapt quickly - Pascal was a Swiss knife and who knows if you don`t give em a go .

Which of those 3 have said they don't want to return?

Who's to say FH didn't recognise his quality? He's getting more game time at the moment than he would with us, so he's developing nicely. And I can't see why he'd want to stay at a club that's relegation bound.

Given Buonanotte is playing for a team that’s currently heading for relegation, I wouldn’t be surprised if he did..

Whether he stays with Brighton or is sold is another matter - he doesn’t need another loan next season and if we sell him, it will be for an excellent return on what we paid for him.

RDZ was in it for himself that was blatantly obvious.

Enciso has great potential, nothing more yet. I completely disagree that he gives his all - his defensive work and tracking back is one of his big weaknesses.

The right loan could do wonders for his development. Just think next season we could have Facundo and Enciso back and realizing their potential together with us.

Facu's quality was recognised. We gave him a new contract just before the move, and it was made very clear this was a development loan rather than a 'we dont want you anymore' loan. I doubt we'll have to do much to get him motivated to be back in our side given Leicester are looking set for relegation.
Just remembering Ben White

The best tactic all season was against the arse by leaving 3 players forward , Enciso should be one of those players - not a forward who isn`t forward because he is making bad tackles in the penalty area !.

Agree that Sarmiento is the weaker of the three but still think he would grow more in our squad than on Burnley`s bench .

So all that proves is RVN is a moron , look at their results with and without him , must be a personal conflict ?.

This is a strange take considering the number of minutes he gave to, you know, youngsters, and when half of your rebuttal is focused on his desire to loan in a… you know… youngster.

That`s the point he isn`t because RVN doesn`t want to start him , and he took all of 5 games to "develope" with Leicester , he could have done the same with us .
