Can't help thinking that we should have hired a local company, where the money would stay in the local economy - the way I see things progressing in years to come.

Still, the money wouldn't be the same, and that's what it's all about these days.

Slightly off topic. Do the company have the tenders for all catering outputs (IE food and drink) Be interested to see what beers/alcoholic beverages etc the other clubs they supply to offer

Please, can we just accept the fact that the club are not PAYING anything. Zero, zilch, nada. The caterers have won a contract to provide food for lots of money, for which THEY will pay for the rights. They may have had to pay at the tender stage, or annually, or a percentage of turnover annually, or two of those, or all three. If Elior have won, it may be because they promised to pay the club more than some competitors.

Is the correct answer.
