and he has had his abusers too, don't figure does it ?

There is a guy sits behind me who rips into Hammond every game. But Dean just gets on with it and does not let affect his game.

So pleased for him that he got player of the season, because for my money this is a player with the right attitude and ability to go on and be great player.

El Abd does want to play for this club, anyone who says otherwise doesn't know the guy.

He is a good but very young player. He is bound to have lapses in concentration. Give the lad some credit.

On Adam El Abd I am afraid I will never agree with your valuation of him. But because football is about personnal opinion I respect your views.
But one thing I must clear up with you. You aim your arguments to me as tho I am a supporter who is guilty of booing Adam.
I must inform you that in all my years of supporting the Albion I have never ever been guilty of that and never will be.
I think it is a sad day that the quality of players we have today, we have people who can even contemplate an Adam El Abd even becoming an Albion legend.

I'm afraid you are reading things that aren't there - I have no thought about you booing him, I simply respond to a text conversation here because you and I are both giving it the time of day, and you are responding to mine (which I appreciate). To confirm, I DON'T think, or know if, you are guilty of booing AeA or any other player.

As for this player being in the mix for legendary status - I can't see anyone more likely. If we had a 'mercurial talent' at BHA now, he would quickly become a legend for some club above us, so perhaps that better explains why I look at him as an enduring player for the Stripes.
