His own twitter feed has photos of him being honoured with his own postage stamp. These photos were posted on December 17th, the day after he supposedly tested positive for covid. All news reports indicate that the event happened on the 17th.
So as I said before he's either running around maskless and attending events when he should be isolating, very likely putting others at risk, or he's lying about this positive test in the belief it will get around Australian immigration laws. Those aren't the actions of a hero standing up to "the man", they are actions of a selfish, self centred ****. I hope the Aussie's deport him and ban him from the country for 3 years.

Court papers showed that he got his PCR results around 9am on the 16th Dec. That positive result seems to not have affected his behaviour in anyway (no isolation and not a lot more mask wearing).

Indeed. He's known for a long time now (I remember it coming up months ago) that not having the vaccine would pose problems for being granted entry to compete in the Australian Open. I don't think I've yet seen a good reason (that's not based on bollocks anti-vax propaganda) from him as to why he's not had the vaccine.

He didn't have the vaccine in the past 6-months because he conveniently 'tested' positive for Covid in December.
Not sure if you're defending him, or being sarcastic. I hope it's the latter. The rules for entry to Australian have been known to him and his helpers for a lot longer than that Dec +ve covid result, and the Aussie rules don't allow for a +ve result to replace the vaccine mandate: his choice for entry to Australia was binary - either get vaccinated, or commit to isolation on arrival. Instead, he chose to (either deliberately or through misunderstanding - either way it doesn't matter) try to circumvent the rules by relying on state/sport exemptions to over-rule a Federal requirement.
If the federal authorities hadn't made a pigs breakfast of revoking the Visa, he'd be on a flight home right now.

Either:
1. He never planned to go to Australia, genuinely tested positive in December, than pranced around taking the piss, spreading it to all and sundry; or
2. He always planned to go to Australia, through a cunning plan of conveniently 'officially' testing positive in December, and then taking everyone for fools / taking the piss.
My money is on the later.

From what I've seen the Judge has said emphatically that Djokovic met all the conditions he was asked of for entry so this really is looking like a purely political play, one which could lead to severe egg on face for the Ozzie border team either way now.

Well, I'm amazed then as i thought it was pretty clear cut in terms of border control: vaccinations or 2 week quarantine and he has done neither, just given approval by a State and the LTA? Deary me, Aussies.
