Greenwood I’ll give you but Wahi? Currently playing for France in the Olympics. He’s played for them at every level except full so clearly the French FA aren’t that bothered.

Neither complaint documented on Wikipedia led to a conviction. You could just as easily have a crack at Potter for using Dunk and Bissouma.

We will always have the European adventure and the season that led to it. However it ended, it was a fan bloody fantastic ride way beyond my wildest expectations. A bullet I am glad we didn’t dodge!

1) he wasn’t, unless you think Tony wasn’t entitled to the £5 mill Marseille paid us, in which case feel free to take it up with him.

2) no one knows why the mutual agreement happened but it’s reasonable to assume disagreements on transfer policy and RDZ’s constant whinging and undermining of TB were involved.

Now that we are all in total agreement that he was sacked, I think we should turn our attention to the question of exactly how he was sacked.

Agree almost entirely but like I've amended it because you can't have the good without the bad.

Like Poyet, RDZ had 80% of his time defined by some of the best football I'd ever seen (at the time) and put Brighton on bigger and bigger maps and those are the memories I keep. The 20% of wanging on in the press about glass ceilings, transfer policy, publicly sulking, flirting with "bigger" and playing the blame game get dimmer and dimmer as the mists of time descend.

What I will remember in 10 years isn't the ending, it's the feeling I had for 6-12 months that we were almost unbeatable, fearless and aggressive and took our game to the biggest and best teams in world football and often won (unless Dyche rocked up with a 10-deep low block and a ruthless counter)
