Using my wife's e-bike today to commute.
No proper cycling gear on - just jeans, boots, & a jacket...plus powered pedaling when needed.

I could get used to this.

For the last 6 months or so my twitter timeline is full of:-

'why didn't I do this sooner?'

When I get this 531 frame sorted I'm thinking new wheels . . . .to run 28mm tyres as the roads are so bad, it'll also be better on the looser paths.

any suggestions ? Don't want to spend a fortune, but the F&F will ge tthe campag groupset I've amassed from the racer. . so preferably not Chinese tat.

I have these Fulcrums on my Cinelli, running 28's. Perfectly serviceable and seem to be pretty robust so far over cobbles and rougher surfaces. Also owned by Campagnolo, so keeps the theme going.
Worth a go as they're half price from Planet X at the moment...??

I bought some wheels from Scribe for my Planet X Tempest. Love them. Great customer service too.

At that price its silly not to grab a pair while they're cheap as chips. Tempted myself as a spare set.

Procurement complete.

next consideration is bars . . .

Ooh, I know this one!

It's a pedal!

Come on I need more than that.

I have tantalisingly lifted my skirt and shown a tiny bit of ankle.
I'm know I'm a little tease, but I need the full answer.

I'm trying to remember those trapezoid bmx pedals, with little raised studs. Red and blue, or yellow anodised?

The splines is an odd one . . . .
