Just saw the highlights, I don't think there's anything behind the line when the heel touches down.
Really tight though.

That's from the TNT Sports highlights on YouTube, incidentally (at 8:13). There's one frame before that one which I think is just before he actually makes contact with the ground.

Never a no ball

How many times do we have to get him out 😆

Not sure how long I can last.

I've not noticed your Bob style, you read a lot more cheery. But that's not saying much.
Ha, I'm very Bob when it comes to cricket. But cricket alone and basically nothing else in life. I think it's because, like him, I'm married to the game for better or worse. I absolutely adored him because when I started playing as a kid he was my favourite player. What I also liked about him was his ability to laugh at himself, and those who knew him said he was a kind hearted and generous spirit reality. I was floored when I heard he died. It's a strange thing is cricket. Commentators aren't like football pundits, who are so forgettable, they become part of your experience. I think in real life I'm quite laid back and, I think, quite humble about things. In cricket I think I know EVERYTHING. Except when I don't. I think it's passion.

Might do but my ability to stay awake is not up to much beyond 10.

While I've got you, would I be right in thinking that you haven't changed your views on Brook as a result of his two cracking innings? FWIW, I think you were wrong then and has the potential to outscore Root in his career (I doubt he will but it wouldn't surprise me) because he's such a destructive batsman. I wouldn't say the two large (some might say match-winning) innings in NZ ought to prompt a re-evaluation: it was all there already and, despite the runs, he more than rode his luck.
I was pondering about Harry Brook last night. He has an eye like no other. But I think my prejudice comes from him being such an ugly stroke maker amongst the brilliance. I'm still very glass half empty with him because of it. I think he seems to be such a lucky player too. That said, I'd want him in the team. But just one of him. I'm more irked that there doesn't seem to be anyone to replace Crawley. He seems to play a top innings in five or six and the justification for his selection is parked for another series.

I can't get New Z with my VPN. Not sure if I can get TVNZ+ from another region?
Apparently it's broadcast 'throughout the Pacific region'. I don't know if Australia has it.

Er - spoiler alert!

I'm a minute behind :D
Don't make the same mistake as me then. On more than one occasion I've paused the footie to go to the shop or something. I remember commenting in an Malta v England thread and folk wondering what the flying flamingo I was on about.
